2013 Bristol & Bath Flights - April

April 2013 saw a small gathering of pilots fly from Thornbury one weekend, as part of the Thornbury golf club balloon meet. G-JULU often flies around there, but is only seen at the balloon fiesta when in Bristol. G-BSIJ and Gossard travelled from outside of our region to attend. Of course usual flights also took place from Ashton Court, with commercial and private pilots taking advantage of the flyable weather. G-CEEB flew on two occasions, with Adez, Silver Lining and Pollywallets also taking off. Did you know that G-POLY attended the first ever Bristol Balloon Fiesta and is still airworthy today?
